If you are either totally blind or visually impaired, here in the UK, you can either get in free or half price when going to concerts. I know someone that went to see Dolly Parton at Wembley a couple of months ago and I can't remember whether they got in free or half price. Anyway, all you do is when you book the tickets, just tell whoever is dealing with you at the box office that you have a visual impairement. Also, if you go to the cinema, there is a card you can get which enables one of the people with you to get in for free. There is an email address which is info@ceacard.co.uk the card is called a cinema exhibitors association card. It says that the card is accepted at 90% of UK cinemas.
